We're seeking an AI\-Native Software Engineer who uses AI as a true engineering partner—not just a coding assistant. You'll architect intelligent systems, build production\-grade RAG pipelines, develop multi\-agent workflows, and review AI\-generated code with a strong focus on quality, security, and scalability.
Required Skills
✅ System Design \& Software Architecture ✅ Python \& Backend Development ✅ LangGraph / LangChain / AutoGen ✅ RAG Architecture \& Vector Databases ✅ Prompt \& Context Engineering ✅ AI Agent Orchestration ✅ REST APIs \& Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) ✅ CI/CD, Testing \& Code Review ✅ Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Aider, or similar AI\-native development tools
Preferred Experience
✔ SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or Concur integrations ✔ MLOps / Fine\-tuning / Model Evaluation ✔ OKTA / Azure AD Authentication
