**Position Overview**

We are looking for an experienced and creative AI/Software Engineer to focus on the technical development of our adaptive storytelling platform. You will design and implement core features that drive real\-time personalization, multilingual capabilities, and AI\-driven content generation. This role is pivotal to transforming our educational vision into an immersive digital experience for children around the world.

**Key Responsibilities**

· Design, implement, and refine adaptive storytelling algorithms using NLP, NLG, and machine learning models tailored to children’s developmental stages, language proficiency, and cultural backgrounds.

· Build and maintain a scalable, secure software architecture using Microsoft Azure and GitHub\-based version control to support user base.

· Collaborate with the product team to embed multilingual story rendering capabilities (e.g., English, French, Mandarin) using translation models and culturally contextualized outputs.

· Develop dynamic, user\-driven interfaces for children and parents, enabling real\-time personalization of content, illustrations, and character development.

· Ensure all technical systems are compliant with Canadian PIPEDA and international GDPR data privacy standards, particularly for child users.

· Conduct rigorous testing of AI features and user interfaces, debug system issues, and continuously optimize for performance, accessibility, and security.

**Qualifications**

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

· 3–5 years of experience in AI product development, preferably in EdTech, gaming, or personalized content delivery.

· Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C\+\+, with experience in frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, or similar.

· Solid understanding of NLP, NLG, and machine learning applications in multilingual contexts.

· Experience with cloud infrastructure (preferably Microsoft Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and GitHub versioning.

· Familiarity with secure architecture design and child\-centric UX/UI principles is a plus.

Pay: $85,000\.00\-$90,000\.00 per year
