About the Role
Gotech Digi Marketing Solutions is seeking a passionate and detail\-oriented **Shopify Developer** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, maintaining, and optimizing Shopify stores to deliver exceptional user experiences and drive business growth. If you have a strong understanding of Shopify development and e\-commerce best practices, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify websites and e\-commerce stores. * Design and implement custom Shopify themes and templates. * Customize existing Shopify themes based on business requirements. * Integrate and configure third\-party Shopify applications and plugins. * Manage product catalogs, collections, discounts, and store settings. * Optimize website speed, performance, and mobile responsiveness. * Integrate payment gateways and shipping solutions. * Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions. * Ensure website functionality, security, and regular maintenance. * Implement on\-page SEO best practices for Shopify stores. * Collaborate with designers, marketers, and project managers to execute website projects. * Stay updated with the latest Shopify features, tools, and industry trends.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * 1 – 2 Years of experience in Shopify Development. * Strong knowledge of Shopify platform and theme customization. * Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Shopify Liquid. * Experience with Shopify apps and third\-party integrations. * Understanding of responsive and mobile\-first web design. * Basic knowledge of SEO principles and website optimization. * Strong problem\-solving and debugging skills. * Good communication and teamwork abilities. * Knowledge of Shopify Plus \& Metafields etc.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working on live Shopify stores. * Understanding of Shopify APIs and custom app integrations. * Familiarity with Google Analytics and conversion tracking tools. * Knowledge of UI/UX best practices for e\-commerce websites.
