We are expanding our Hyderabad development team and seeking passionate Junior Python Full Stack Engineers who want to grow in backend, frontend, cloud, and AI-integrated application development.
Role Overview
We are looking for energetic and motivated Junior Full Stack Engineers (Python) who have 0–2 years of experience and good foundational knowledge in backend and frontend development. You will work with senior engineers to design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack features using modern technologies such as Django/FastAPI/Flask, React/Angular, REST APIs, and cloud services.
This is an excellent opportunity to learn enterprise engineering practices, AI integration, and scalable application development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and support backend services using Python frameworks (Django / FastAPI / Flask).
Build and maintain responsive UI components using React.js or Angular.
Assist in developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
Work with SQL/NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
Participate in debugging, testing, code reviews, and performance improvements.
Collaborate with senior developers, DevOps, UI/UX, and AI teams.
Work with Git/GitHub for version control and code collaboration.
Support deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based environments.
Contribute to AidenAI’s modernization and AI-driven engineering initiatives.
Required Skills
Backend (Python)
Strong understanding of Python fundamentals.
Academic or hands-on exposure to Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
Knowledge of REST APIs and JSON.
Frontend
Basic to intermediate experience with React.js or Angular.
Good understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap/Tailwind.
Databases
Knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
Exposure to NoSQL databases like MongoDB (good to have).
DevOps & Cloud
Basic understanding of Git/GitHub.
Exposure to Docker, CI/CD, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is an advantage.
Other Skills
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Ability to learn new tools, frameworks, and technologies quickly.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Attributes
Exposure to microservices concepts.
Basic understanding of system design and architecture.
Knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals (preferred but not mandatory).
Passion for learning full-stack, cloud, and AI technologies.
Education
B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
Strong academic or project-based experience in Python and web development.
