We are expanding our Hyderabad engineering team to build scalable, cloud-native enterprise applications that integrate modern full-stack engineering with AI capabilities.
Role Overview
We are looking for a strong Full Stack Developer with Python who can design, build, and deploy scalable web applications using modern backend and frontend technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on Python development experience, frontend development skills, and exposure to cloud and CI/CD environments.
This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams across AI, cloud, DevOps, and UI/UX to build world-class digital and AI-enabled platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy full-stack applications using Python backend frameworks (Django / FastAPI / Flask).
- Build responsive and modular UI components using React.js or Angular.
- Develop and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Work with relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.
- Deploy applications using CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud services.
- Collaborate with design, AI, and platform teams to integrate AI modules into applications.
- Participate in system design discussions, performance tuning, and code reviews.
- Contribute to AidenAI’s modernization and AI adoption initiatives.
Required Skills
Backend (Python)
- Strong development experience in Python.
- Frameworks: Django, FastAPI, Flask (any one is mandatory).
- Experience building scalable APIs and microservices.
Frontend
- Hands-on experience with React.js or Angular.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap/Tailwind.
Databases
- SQL databases: PostgreSQL / MySQL
- NoSQL: MongoDB / Redis (added advantage)
DevOps & Cloud
- Working knowledge of Docker, Git/GitHub, and CI/CD tools.
- Exposure to AWS / Azure / GCP environments.
Other Skills
- Familiarity with API security, authentication (OAuth/JWT).
- Understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture.
- Ability to debug, optimize, and refactor code.
Preferred Attributes
- Knowledge of AI/ML workflows (basic Python exposure is sufficient).
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Good understanding of system design and architectural patterns.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Passion for learning new technologies, especially in AI-driven applications.
Education
- B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
