HVAC PROJECT MANAGER – KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overall Project Execution: Take complete ownership of HVAC project execution from planning to completion, including site operations, manpower, productivity, quality, HSE and project timelines.
- Client & Project Coordination: Coordinate with clients, PMC/consultants and other agencies; attend project meetings, resolve technical/site issues and ensure timely closure of action points.
- Site Visits & Execution Review: Regularly visit project sites to review actual progress, site conditions, manpower deployment, quality and execution, and ensure timely corrective action.
- Engineering & Procurement Coordination: Coordinate with engineering, procurement, vendors and subcontractors for timely approvals, material procurement, deliveries and availability of resources at site.
- Planning, Progress & Commercial Monitoring: Monitor project schedules, daily/weekly targets, billing, measurements, variations and overall project progress; identify delays and take corrective measures.
- Team & Subcontractor Management: Lead site engineers, supervisors and subcontractors, ensure accountability and effective resource utilization, and drive the team towards timely project completion, testing, commissioning and handover.
Mandatory Experience
Prior experience in HVAC project execution for refineries, ONGC projects, oil & gas, petrochemical or similar industrial projects is mandatory.
Regular site travel/visits are an integral part of this role.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
