Company: AIZO Quality Heating Location: Remote, UK-based (you must live and have the right to work in the UK) Job type: Full-time, permanent Salary: £35,000 – £45,000+ a year, depending on experience, plus performance bonus
About us
AIZO Quality Heating is a fast-growing, tech-focused company in one of the biggest markets going: heating, solar, heat pumps and air conditioning, as the UK moves towards cleaner energy. We supply installers, builders and homeowners with 150+ brands, and we’re building much more than an online shop. Our aim is a technology platform with multiple revenue streams, built on innovation, smart marketing and operational excellence.
Our Google and Meta campaigns are already well set up. The next step is to make our marketing more data-led, better monitored and more automated, and to scale it across every revenue stream. That’s where you come in.
The role
You’ll be the person who turns our marketing into a measurable, automated growth engine. You’ll improve how we track and report performance, build the automations that save time and increase conversion, and support the strategy that decides where we invest next. You’ll work directly with the founder, and remote support is available when you need it. It’s an exciting role for someone who wants to help drive growth in a business that’s scaling quickly.
What you’ll do
- Build and own our marketing analytics: GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, attribution and dashboards (Looker Studio or similar) that show what drives revenue
- Monitor and optimise our existing Google Ads and Meta campaigns, improving structure, tracking, testing and ROAS/CAC
- Design and automate email, SMS/WhatsApp and CRM journeys, including segmentation and lead nurturing (Zoho CRM / Omnisend or similar)
- Use AI tools and automation platforms (ChatGPT/Claude, Zapier, Make, n8n) to speed up content, reporting, lead handling and campaign workflows
- Support SEO, content creation and LinkedIn marketing, using data to prioritise what to do next
- Support PR and digital PR: media outreach, coverage and backlinks that raise our profile among installers, builders and industry press
- Run structured experiments (A/B tests, landing pages, creative) and report clearly on results and recommendations
- Help shape marketing strategy across our different revenue streams, with clear goals and KPIs
About you
- 3+ years in digital marketing, with a strong analytical and technical mindset
- Strong with analytics and tracking (GA4, GTM, attribution) and comfortable building reports and dashboards
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation (CRM, email, workflows) and a keen interest in AI tools
- Solid knowledge of Google Ads and Meta, and good working knowledge of SEO
- Good written communicator, with an interest in content and PR
- Self-starter who likes fixing problems and improving processes
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-moving environment
Nice to have
- Understanding of the HVAC, heat pump, solar or wider UK energy market
- Experience with Shopify and Zoho
- Experience in ecommerce, B2B or businesses with multiple revenue streams
- Basic scripting or no-code/low-code skills (APIs, Google Sheets, Apps Script)
What we offer
- Fully remote working within the UK, with occasional meet-ups
- Performance bonus tied to growth goals
- Freedom to choose tools, test ideas and automate
- Remote support and a direct line to the founder
- A big, growing market and an ambitious, tech-led company
