Ми шукаємо Chief Physical Infrastructure Officer який приєднається до нашої команди та допоможе забезпечувати високі результати й ефективність у швидкозростаючій динамічній організації.
У цій ролі ви відповідатимете за стратегію, розвиток і операційне управління фізичною інфраструктурою Ajax Systems — офісами, виробничими майданчиками, складами та іншими об’єктами.
У фокусі ролі — запуск нових локацій з нуля, забезпечення безперебійної роботи інфраструктури, управління бюджетами, підрядниками та сервісними партнерами, а також побудова масштабованих процесів і високого рівня внутрішнього сервісу для співробітників.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the full lifecycle of offices, factories, warehouses, and other facilities.

Launch new facilities (offices, manufacturing & warehouses) from scratch (from planning and construction to opening and operations.

Ensure all locations are clean, protected, comfortable, and fully operational.

Keep infrastructure fully operational: energy, IT systems, security.

Manage major budgets, vendors, contractors, and partners.

Develop scalable standards, processes, and service levels across all locations.

Continuously improve efficiency, reliability, and employee experience.

Delivering an Internal service: employees should feel as guests in the hotels, etc.
Requirements

Proven experience leading large and complex real estate / facilities portfolios.

Experience with large-scale construction, manufacturing, warehouses, or corporate infrastructure.

Strong leadership, financial, project, and vendor management skills.

Proactive, highly intelligent, flexible, resourceful, and execution-oriented mindset.

Strong service mindset and ability to create a hospitality-level employee experience.

Comfortable operating at significant scale, complexity, and pace.
