>Experience in food manufacturing, with supervisory/managerial
experience in process or packing operations.
> Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and FSSC 22000
standards.
> Leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
> Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shifts.
> Skills on process/packaging technology and handling
people
> Oral & written communication skills in English
> Knowledge of Basic Computer Operations
> Has the ability to effectively deal with all levels inside and
outside the organization.
> Ability to lead improvement activity related to process
operation according to quality and safety standards.
Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
