Site Manager / Project Manager – Commercial Office fitout
We have several office fitout projects in the pipeline and seeking available candidates interested in joining our team.
Flexible and willing to consider either project\-based work, full\-time or part\-time or ABN.
Seeking someone with some knowledge and experience in office fitouts or with a trade/background in construction.
Needs to have basic computer skills – MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Key Responsibilities
* communicate with trades and subcontractors * Manage day\-to\-day site operations * Keep up to date with documentation – quality, safety, etc. * Monitor and manage the scheduling and progress * Able to help resolve site issues * Ensure works are completed to specification, budget and programme * Reporting
