About the role
Akari Lighting and Technology Corporation is seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Specialist to join our growing Digital Commerce Group. This is a full-time position based in Quezon City, Metro Manila. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our e-commerce presence across multiple platforms including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and Shopify. This role is crucial to driving online sales growth, enhancing brand visibility, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in the fast-paced digital marketplace. You will work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce strategies and campaigns.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize product listings across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify, ensuring accurate descriptions, compelling imagery, and competitive pricing
- Monitor daily sales performance and analytics across all e-commerce platforms, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal campaigns to drive traffic and increase conversion rates
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints on e-commerce platforms, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and accurate inventory management
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify best practices and emerging opportunities in the e-commerce space
- Create and maintain product content including descriptions, tags, keywords, and categories optimised for search visibility
- Manage e-commerce budgets and advertising spend, tracking return on investment (ROI) and making data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content, banners, and promotional materials for e-commerce channels
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, key metrics, and actionable insights for stakeholders
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms, preferably with hands-on experience on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify
- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, digital marketing strategies, and online consumer behavior
- Proficiency with e-commerce analytics tools and data analysis to track KPIs and optimize performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
- Experience with product photography, content creation, and visual merchandising for online platforms
- Knowledge of search engine optimisation (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) principles applied to e-commerce
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple platforms simultaneously whilst meeting strict deadlines
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with e-commerce platforms' advertising tools (e.g., Shopee Ads, Lazada Advertising, TikTok Ads Manager)
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and software such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms
- Preferred: Background in digital marketing, e-commerce management, or related field; Previous experience in a fast-paced digital environment

Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
