**The Opportunity**
We are expanding our team in the restaurant and seeking a full\-time Food \& Beverage Supervisor to assist with the day to day running of our onsite restaurant, Thyme.
**What you'll be doing**
In this hands\-on leadership role, you'll support and guide the Front of House team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while ensuring smooth, efficient service. You will:
* Lead by example to foster a positive, high performing team culture focused delivering exceptional service. * Oversee Food and Beverage operations across the venue * Assist the Food and Beverage Manager with ordering, receiving of goods, inventory management and stocktake. * Coordinate between restaurant / bar and other relevant departments to ensure that preparations for events involving restaurant and bar service have been made. * Train, mentor, and develop team members to uphold the highest standards of service excellence.
**We will** provide flexibility with days and hours across a rotational roster. Weekend and night availability is a must.
