Position Overview
We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Account Manager to expand our client base and elevate the partner experience. You will be responsible for prospecting new business, executing smooth client onboarding, and delivering exceptional account support to ensure long-term retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Lead Generation: Identify, prospect, and pitch prospective high-end ad partners for integrated luxury print and co-branded digital campaigns.
- Client Onboarding: Walk new clients step-by-step through campaign setup, asset collection, and kickoff to ensure a seamless experience.
- Customer Service & Retention: Serve as the primary, high-touch point of contact for ad partners, managing relationships, addressing feedback, and driving account renewals.
- Digital Integration: Help clients maximize campaign value by tying their print ads to co-branded Facebook and Instagram executions.
Requirements & Experience
- Sales Experience: 2+ years of proven success in B2B sales, account acquisition, or business development.
- Customer Service Experience: Background in high-touch client management, account executive roles, or customer support.
- Social Media Knowledge: Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and co-branded digital marketing strategy.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
This is an hourly position of 30-40 hours per week with an aggressive hourly rate and commission pay structure.
Pay: $32,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
