Job Overview
As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead complex construction and infrastructure projects from planning through delivery. You’ll coordinate teams, schedules, budgets, contracts, and compliance requirements, keeping stakeholders informed and work moving forward. Duties
- Lead project planning, execution, and coordination across construction teams and partners.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate milestones, and address delays or changing priorities.
- Manage budgets, estimates, contracts, and cost tracking; communicate risks and project status to stakeholders.
- Review construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and site conditions to support informed decisions.
- Monitor construction regulations and regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate project documentation.
Skills
- Essential: Project management and leadership experience, including managing teams in a construction management role and coordinating complex infrastructure projects.
- Essential: Construction experience, including construction site experience; knowledge of construction management, commercial construction, project coordination, scheduling, and budget management.
- Essential: Ability to read construction plans, blueprints, and schematics; familiarity with contracts, construction regulations, and regulatory compliance.
- Preferred: Construction estimating, cost management, time management, and construction schedule coordination.
- Preferred: Construction management or project management software, including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera, Prolog, Civil 3D, and HeavyBid; Microsoft Office proficiency.
Pay: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
