About Us

Alfilo Ltd is a London cultural consultancy specialising in Sino\-UK museum IP commercialisation, cross\-border merchandise manufacturing liaison and international art exchange programming. We deliver bespoke licensing, product development and touring exhibition projects for leading UK national museums and Chinese cultural institutions. This role is an upgraded senior client management position developed from the full\-time client support assistant role outlined within our business plan, established to manage long\-term museum partnership pipelines and end\-to\-end IP licensing project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1\. Primary dedicated point of contact for UK museum commercial, curatorial and licensing departments

2\. Negotiate, draft and coordinate formal IP licensing agreements and cross\-border museum merchandise co\-development projects

3\. Liaise continuously between UK museum clients and verified Chinese manufacturers for cultural gift and derivative product development

4\. Schedule regular client relationship check\-ins, produce detailed project progress reports and track project budgets

5\. Support tender and bid preparation for new museum partnership and IP commercialisation opportunities

6\. Manage cross\-border compliance for cultural heritage IP, copyright and merchandise export documentation

7\. Collaborate with the marketing team to collect client case studies, testimonials and promotional project content

Essential Requirements (UK industry standard criteria)

1\. Bachelor’s degree in Art History, Cultural Heritage, International Business or International Trade

2\. Minimum 2 years full\-time client account experience within museums, galleries, IP licensing agencies or cultural consultancies

3\. Direct practical experience negotiating commercial contracts or cultural IP licensing frameworks

4\. Polished formal written and verbal communication for high\-level museum stakeholder engagement

5\. Advanced Excel skills for client pipeline tracking, budget forecasting and project reporting

6\. Exceptional attention to detail, cross\-cultural awareness and conflict resolution capabilities

7\. Working understanding of UK cultural heritage IP legislation and cross\-border merchandise trade compliance

Desirable Criteria

\- Established personal professional network with UK national museum commercial departments

\- Working knowledge of Chinese cultural creative industry regulations and IP protection frameworks

\- Previous experience coordinating cross\-border museum merchandise development projects

Mandatory Right to Work Condition

Candidates must hold unrestricted indefinite right to work in the UK (British Citizen / ILR Settled Status / Irish Citizen with full permanent work rights).

Pay: £25,000\.00\-£27,000\.00 per year
