Role Overview:
AlgoShack is looking for experienced Test Automation Engineers with strong programming skills and
deep expertise in automation framework development. The role involves designing, developing, and
maintaining automated tests for complex enterprise applications, with a focus on UI automation and
end-to-end quality validation.
Required Technical Skills/Attributes:
- Very strong Programming skills (preferably C#) are a must
- 5+ years of experience in functional testing
- Strong Hands-on Experience with automation framework development
- Strong Experience with UIPath automation
- Good work Experience with BDD, SpecFlow, Selenium, Playwright, Visual Studio, framework
- Knowledge on other programming languages like Python / PowerShell (Advantages)
- Familiarity with CI/CD process
- Knowledge on Health care domain are preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, timebound and quality based delivery focused.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted software testing practices, including generating test cases, test data, and automation scripts using generative AI tools.
Responsibilities:
- Developing the test environment and setting up regression and integration tests, as well as verification
- and acceptance tests
- Designing testing concepts for the components under development
- Designing and developing complex automated tests for UI modules of product
- Review and guide team members in the development process
