Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Customer Success Engineer to support customer success through technical engagement, automation expertise, product enablement, and effective issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Testing Automation/Manual : Build and maintain automated tests; guide customers on automation best practices.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships; understand needs and drive adoption.
- Product Enablement: Deliver product training, demos, and onboarding support.
- Demos/POCs: Conduct tailored demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions.
- Incident Management: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with internal teams.
- Documentation: Review and improve product documentation and knowledge base content.
Skills & Qualifications :
- 2–3 years in a technical, customer-facing role.
- Strong test automation knowledge.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to deliver technical presentations and training.
- Having Experience in working with Test Automation Projects.
- AI Literate: Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools (such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or similar) to improve productivity in test automation, scripting, troubleshooting, documentation, customer support, and technical content creation.
- Understanding of prompt engineering concepts and the ability to effectively leverage Generative AI to enhance engineering and customer success workflows.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to learn emerging AI technologies and apply them to customer success and technical enablement.
