Supply Chain Development ManagerBuild the Future of Supply Chain at All\-Rite Spring CompanyWhy This Role Matters

Our customers place extraordinary trust in us.

That trust depends on much more than what happens inside our walls. It also depends on the suppliers and outside service partners who help us deliver exceptional quality, reliable lead times, and consistent performance every day.

We’re looking for someone who believes great supplier relationships are built on communication, accountability, trust, and continuous improvement—not simply purchase orders and expedited shipments.

This is an opportunity to build something meaningful.

Initially, you’ll focus on one of the most critical areas of our business: our outside processing network. More than half of the products we manufacture rely on trusted outside partners for specialized finishing processes before they can be delivered to our customers. Success in this role means building stronger supplier partnerships, improving communication, increasing reliability, reducing unnecessary expedites, and creating systems that make our entire organization stronger.

As you demonstrate success, you’ll have the opportunity to expand your influence and help shape the future of Supply Chain at All\-Rite Spring Company.

About Us

All\-Rite Spring Company is a privately owned, growth\-oriented manufacturer of precision springs and wire forms serving customers across a variety of industries. Our products are found in demanding applications where quality, consistency, and reliability matter.

We’re proud of the reputation we’ve built, but we believe our greatest strength isn’t the products we manufacture—it’s the people who manufacture them and the partners who help us serve our customers.

We believe exceptional organizations are built by creating clarity, honoring commitments, strengthening relationships, and continually improving the way we work. That philosophy extends beyond our own facility and into every partnership we build.

As our company continues to grow, we’re investing in the people, systems, and processes that will help us build an even stronger organization for years to come. The Supply Chain Development Manager will play a central role in that effort.

Position Summary

The Supply Chain Development Manager will lead the development and continuous improvement of our outside processing supply chain while helping establish the foundation for broader supply chain leadership across the organization.

Reporting directly to senior leadership, this individual will build strong relationships with our outside processing suppliers, communicate production priorities, coordinate critical work, monitor supplier performance, and help ensure our customers receive the products they need—when they need them.

Success in this role requires far more than expediting orders. It requires understanding supplier capabilities, building mutual trust, creating accountability through clear commitments, solving problems collaboratively, and continually improving the systems that connect our company with our supplier network.

This is an opportunity to build. While the initial focus will be on outside processing and supplier partnerships, we’re looking for someone with the ambition and capability to grow into broader supply chain leadership as our company continues to evolve.
