A Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote products or services within a specific market segment or distribution channel. Their primary focus is on collaborating with sales teams and channel partners to drive product visibility, increase sales, and enhance brand presence at the point of sale.
He/she will be tasked in creating and implementing marketing plans and promotional strategies tailored to specific distribution channels or market segments. The primary goal will be to increase product visibility, drive sales, and strengthen brand presence within targeted retail or wholesale environments.
Educational Attainment:
- Preferably Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or other related courses
Skills and Competency Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns from ground up
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
Experience:
- At least two (2) years of experience in brand marketing or similar field
- Preferably with experience related to FMCG industry
