Position Summary: The Public Relations Director for the La Crosse Region serves in a frontline fundraising, donor development, and community engagement role focused on expanding the financial support and public presence of Alliance Family Services throughout the greater La Crosse area. This position functions heavily as a relationship development and sales-oriented role, requiring consistent and ongoing outreach to current and prospective donors, churches, businesses, community leaders, and strategic partners. The Public Relations Director is expected to actively cultivate new financial supporters, increase donor engagement and giving, strengthen community relationships, recruit volunteers, and help grow the long-term influence and sustainability of Alliance Family Services. The Public Relations Director is expected to spend time each week in direct meetings, phone calls, tours, presentations, networking activities, church visits, donor appointments, and community engagement efforts specifically designed to generate new donor relationships, increase recurring giving, secure sponsorships, recruit volunteers, and deepen community investment in the mission of Alliance Family Services.
