Job Description:
- Visit delinquent clients to follow up on outstanding payments and negotiate repayment or settlement arrangements.
- Verify client information such as residential address, contact numbers, and employment details to ensure records are accurate and up to date.
- Conduct field investigations to locate debtors who have changed residence or contact information.
- Coordinate with the office team regarding client status, payment commitments, and any issues encountered during field visits.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to data privacy regulations at all times.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards in all collection activities.
Qualifications:
- At least College level
- With or without experience are welcome to apply
- With own motorcycle and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to drive a four-wheel vehicle is an advantage
Pay: Php755.00 per day
