Manage international EDI integration projects from initiation to completion

Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and third-party providers

Gather, analyze, and clarify business and technical requirements

Design and implement optimized processes, with a focus on customs and compliance workflows

Ensure timely delivery of integration milestones, managing risks and dependencies

Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders

Support testing, rollout, and post-implementation activities
What you bring

Solid knowledge of customs processes, regulations, and international trade compliance

Proven experience in project management, ideally in EDI or system integration environments

Experience working with international teams

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Optional: Frensh language skills would be a bonus
