Cluster HR Director (m/f/d) in Berlin
More Than a Job: A Mission
The Cluster HR Director Mainline is the senior HR Business Partner with overall HR accountability for a defined business cluster covering more than 3.000 employees at 3 main sites in Germany. The role integrates strategic HR partnership with operational HR governance across multiple sites, ensuring one consistent people agenda, compliant industrial relations, and execution of global HR programmes at cluster level.
Your Role, Your Impact
- Accountable for end-to-end people delivery in the cluster, while execution is distributed across pillars through clear ownership and escalation paths.
- Manage change programs, fostering organizational effectiveness, and cultivating a high-performance culture.
- Lead the development and execution of HR strategies through Site HR Leaders to support organizational goals.
- Manage talent initiatives and coach leaders to become talent champions ensuring robust succession planning and talent pipelining.
- Oversee employee relations, compliance, and engagement practices to foster inclusive work environments.
- Advise senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
- Ensure consistency and alignment of HR policies with global standards while addressing local needs.
The Cluster HR Director operates within the HR Delivery Model (HR BP| CoE |HR Operations) and reports to the VP HR for Central & Northern Europe based in Berlin.

What You Bring
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field (advanced degree or master's preferred).
- Extensive experience in HR leadership roles within a matrix structure at multinational, publicly listed organizations.
- Proven expertise in talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Strong understanding of labor law and employee relations in Germany, multiple jurisdictions beneficial.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with an inclusive leadership approach.
- Fluency in German and English.
