We're hiring Lead Data Architect!
Project description: Design and implementation of an enterprise-wide data model aimed at harmonizing data from multiple business, operational, and IoT systems. The project focuses on defining common business concepts, standardizing data semantics, and establishing a unified information model to support a centralized data platform and enable consistent data usage across the organization.
WHAT WILL YOUR CHALLENGES BE?

Designing conceptual data models, business ontologies, and taxonomies.

Defining common concepts, business objects, and relationships between data.
-
Resolving discrepancies in data definitions across different systems.
-
Collaborating with business stakeholders, Data Architects, and Data Engineers to implement data models.

Facilitating workshops, documenting models, and aligning data standards.
WHAT DO WE REQUIRE?
-
Minimum 8 years of professional experience in data management, data modelling, and data architecture within complex enterprise environments.

Conceptual Data Modelling – independently designing conceptual data models within large-scale organizations.
-
Ontologies & Taxonomies – hands-on experience in designing ontologies, object classifications, and business relationship frameworks.

Business Semantics & Data Harmonization – standardizing data definitions, identifiers, and meanings across multiple systems.

Entity & Relationship Modelling – defining business entities, their identities, relationships, lifecycle stages, and temporal dependencies.

Enterprise Data Architecture – translating conceptual models into logical data models and implementation-ready solutions.

Proven experience in facilitating workshops with business stakeholders and technical teams, combined with excellent English communication skills.

Extensive experience in large, complex, international projects involving data integration and harmonization across multiple business, operational, and IoT systems, particularly in the development of centralized data platforms, common information models, and Enterprise Data Platform solutions.
