- hold a Master's degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- bring several years of experience in project management, digital transformation, process optimization, automation, or comparable functions within an international environment
- demonstrate strong project execution, stakeholder management, communication, and change management capabilities
- possess a solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, AI agents, workflow automation, and data-driven business process improvement
- have hands-on experience designing, piloting, configuring, or implementing AI-driven and data-driven solutions beyond pure project coordination
