About the role

We’re hiring a remote Project Manager to help oversee the day-to-day operations of 7–15 Amazon brands. You’ll work closely with the Account Manager to turn strategies into clear action plans. Coordinate our PPC, Creative, SEO, and Catalog teams, and make sure tasks are organized, deadlines are met, and projects keep moving forward.The Account Manager leads the accounts, manages client relationships, and sets priorities. Your role is to drive execution by managing workflows, tracking progress, following up on tasks, and holding the team accountable.We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, thinks ahead, stays organized, and takes full ownership of getting things done.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project coordination, account management, or delivery.
• Experience in Amazon or e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience with a project management tool such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or Jira. Comfortable working in Slack and Google Workspace.
• Clear, professional written and spoken English for emails, recaps, and reports.
• Confident building clear decks and working in spreadsheets.
• Organized and good with time, able to manage multiple brands and shifting priorities.
• A sharp eye for detail: you catch incomplete work, vague tasks, and slipping deadlines before anyone else does.
• Persistent with follow-ups and comfortable holding teammates to deadlines.
• Able to work independently and own the outcome from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Start each day in ClickUp, checking statuses, due dates, owners, and anything that has stalled.
• Create and assign tasks across creative, SEO, and catalog management, each with a clear brief, a realistic due date, and the right owner.
• Follow up on open items until they’re completed, and confirm the work is actually finished before marking it done.
• Spot blockers and dependencies early, resolve what you can, and escalate the rest to the Account Manager before they affect client deliverables.
• Keep weekly operations and brand trackers current and accurate for every client.
• Prepare monthly client decks and reports using the Account Manager’s templates.
• Write clear meeting recaps and status updates.
• Notice recurring bottlenecks and suggest practical process fixes.

What success looks like

• Creative, SEO, and catalog deliverables are completed on schedule, and risks are flagged well before deadlines.
• ClickUp is a reliable single source of truth, with well-scoped tasks, realistic timelines, and clear owners.
• Blockers and dependencies are cleared quickly, and no follow-up is missed across brands.
• The Account Manager always has a clear view of delivery risks, plus practical ideas to fix them, so clients get timely, accurate updates.
• Reports, decks, and recaps are accurate, well structured, and need little revision.

Engagement terms

• Contract type: Independent contractor, exclusive to Amazon Growth Lab
• Location: 100% remote
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Working hours: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Pacific Time (fixed). You’ll need to be online and active during these hours. You can take flexible breaks, as long as you manage them responsibly. Breaks don’t count toward your 8 hours, so any break time must be made up to complete a full 8 hours of work.
