About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate management, and day-to-day HR operations.
This is a great opportunity for a student or fresher who wants to build a career in Human Resources and Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HR and recruitment team with day-to-day hiring activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Contact candidates and explain job opportunities, roles, and interview processes.
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment databases.
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
- Prepare basic HR reports and maintain recruitment-related documentation.
- Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers regarding candidate status.
- Help maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Conduct basic market and salary research when required.
- Assist with other HR and administrative activities as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong interest in Human Resources and Recruitment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with candidates.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
