**Key Responsibilities**
* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing the full client lifecycle from onboarding to contract renewal . * Develop and maintain long\-term client relationships, understanding client needs, business objectives, and expectations . * Coordinate internal teams (sales, operations, product development) to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions . * Monitor client satisfaction and service levels, addressing complaints or issues promptly to maintain loyalty and trust . * Analyze client data and feedback to inform account plans, service improvements, and identify opportunities for cross\-selling or upselling . * Prepare reports and presentations on client performance, account status, and strategic recommendations . * Negotiate contracts, renewals, and service agreements, ensuring alignment with both client needs and company profitability . * Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide informed guidance to clients .
