Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing the full client lifecycle from onboarding to contract renewal .
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, understanding client needs, business objectives, and expectations .
- Coordinate internal teams (sales, operations, product development) to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions .
- Monitor client satisfaction and service levels, addressing complaints or issues promptly to maintain loyalty and trust .
- Analyze client data and feedback to inform account plans, service improvements, and identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling .
- Prepare reports and presentations on client performance, account status, and strategic recommendations .
- Negotiate contracts, renewals, and service agreements, ensuring alignment with both client needs and company profitability .
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide informed guidance to clients .
