YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performing setup and color changes
  • Setting up and dismantling tools
  • Setting up handling equipment and packaging systems
  • Operating and monitoring peripheral equipment
  • Ensuring safety, order, cleanliness, and hygiene
  • Maintaining and servicing production equipment
  • Performing mold trials
  • Assessing defects in injection molds and assisting in their correction
  • Optimizing and documenting the entire production chain
  • Contributing to design and technical improvements

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Completed technical training, ideally as a plastics and rubber technologist or process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology
  • Experience operating injection molding machines, handling equipment, packaging systems, and assembly lines
  • Alternatively, a willingness to learn how to operate these systems and technologies
  • Technical understanding and a meticulous approach to work
  • Ability to work under pressure, flexibility, and the ability to work well in a team
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for work
