**US OPERATIONS (IT Recruitment )** **Location: CR Park, New Delhi** **Shift: US Night Shift (Monday – Friday)** **Employment Type: Full\-Time**

**1\. US IT Recruiters (Freshers or 1\-2 years exp will also work)**
Responsibilities:
* Source and screen IT professionals for opportunities across the United States. * Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess communication skills. * Coordinate with US clients, consultants, and hiring managers. * Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports. * Learn and utilize modern recruitment tools, job boards, and AI\-powered sourcing platforms.
**Desired Qualifications**
* MBA (Freshers Welcome) or recent MBA graduates. * Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. * Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities. * Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow. * Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. * Flexible and comfortable working in US shifts. * Energetic, self\-motivated, and career\-oriented.
