Job Brief
AmeriSink is a plumbing fixture distributor specializing in stainless steel sinks and other kitchen and bathroom products. We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse operations, inventory control, order fulfillment, and team performance. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and oversee the daily orders, including receiving, unloading, storing, picking, packing, labeling and shipping
- Plan and coordinate daily workloads, staffing, and shipping schedules to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Optimize warehouse layout, storage capacity, product accessibility, and space utilization
- Report any discrepancies
- Manage and lead the warehouse team to achieve the goals
- Maintain accurate inventory records in NetSuite, warehouse management systems (WMS), and barcode scanning platforms
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
- Assign daily tasks and responsibilities, establish work priorities, and monitor individual and team productivity
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse management, warehouse supervision, inventory control, or a related role
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing warehouse employees and overseeing daily operations
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods (Computer, Netsuites, Scanning etc.) Training will be provided
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and make effective operational decisions
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Current forklift license
- Be able to work from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Hours subject to change due to the requirement
