Leads application development and maintenance; mentors programmers and ensures system quality. Performs system and application data analysis and executes improvements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Development Completion Per Quarter
2. Achieve MIS helpdesk individual ticket completion per week.
3. System/Server Availability
4. Zero Incident of Data Leakage
5. System/Server Uptime and Reliability
6. No major call out for target and no minor call out for stretch goal from all audits.
Job Specifications
- Graduate of BS in any of the following field: Computer Science/ Computer Engineering / Information Technology / Computer Programming / Information Systems
- Minimum of 2-5 years experience
