We're looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our ongoing marketing activities, coordinate projects and external contractors, and help ensure that campaigns are executed efficiently and on schedule.
We already have a marketing strategy, content production resources, advertising partners, and ongoing SEO and website projects. We need someone who can help manage the day-to-day operations, follow up on deliverables, monitor results, and handle smaller marketing tasks independently.
This is a hands-on coordination and execution role, working closely with our Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations & Project Coordination
- Coordinate daily marketing activities across paid advertising, SEO, website development, and content production.
- Track tasks, deadlines, deliverables, and approvals.
- Communicate with external contractors, designers, developers, and advertising specialists.
- Follow up on outstanding tasks and ensure projects move forward without unnecessary delays.
- Maintain marketing calendars, task trackers, and campaign documentation.
Paid Advertising Support
- Assist with Meta Ads and Google Ads campaign management.
- Coordinate the preparation, delivery, and launch of advertising creatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and flag issues with budgets, lead quality, and conversions.
- Help organize A/B tests and track their results.
- Verify that campaigns, landing pages, and tracking are working correctly.
- Coordinate with advertising contractors on optimization and reporting.
Website & CRM
- Update website content, landing pages, forms, and marketing materials using WordPress or similar tools.
- Test forms, conversion tracking, and lead capture workflows.
- Work with HubSpot to monitor lead sources, statuses, and campaign attribution.
- Identify basic tracking or technical issues and coordinate their resolution with the appropriate specialists.
Content & Campaign Execution
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
- Coordinate creative production, including video, graphics, and advertising assets.
- Prepare briefs and organize feedback and approvals.
- Support email marketing, webinars, lead magnets, and other promotional activities.
- Help repurpose existing content for different channels.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance summaries.
- Collect data from Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, HubSpot, and other platforms.
- Track lead volume, qualified leads, consultations, advertising spend, and campaign performance.
- Maintain dashboards and reporting spreadsheets.
- Identify issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination, or marketing operations.
- Practical understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience with HubSpot.
- Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Experience using WordPress or another website CMS.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple contractors and projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reporting dashboards, and marketing analytics.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently and proactively follow up on tasks.
Nice to Have: Experience with marketing automation, video content workflows, SEO, email marketing, and professional services marketing.
What Success Looks Like
- Marketing tasks are completed on schedule without constant follow-ups.
- Campaigns and new creatives launch promptly.
- Contractors have clear assignments and deadlines.
- Website updates and smaller marketing tasks are handled independently.
- Reporting is consistent, accurate, and readily available.
- The Marketing Manager can spend more time on strategy, creative direction, and growth initiatives rather than routine coordination.
