Amrut Software is looking for an experienced and result\-oriented Project Manager to lead end\-to\-end software project delivery. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, project planning, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with a proven ability to deliver projects within scope, budget, and timelines. The role requires hands\-on experience in Agile methodologies and managing cross\-functional teams while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

* Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver software development projects from initiation to closure. * Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and work breakdown structures. * Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements. * Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution. * Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions whenever required. * Manage project budgets and control project costs to ensure financial objectives are met. * Provide regular project status reports and updates to internal leadership, clients, and other stakeholders. * Coordinate effectively with cross\-functional teams including Development, QA, DevOps, Product, and Business teams. * Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, quality standards, and industry best practices. * Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand\-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives where applicable. * Drive continuous process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency. * Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

**Required Skills \& Experience**

* 8\-12 years of hands\-on experience in IT Project Management. * Strong understanding of Agile methodologies with experience performing Scrum Master or similar Agile roles. * Experience managing software development projects through the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). * Working knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or TFS. * Strong project planning, estimation, scheduling, and execution skills. * Excellent problem\-solving and analytical abilities. * Strong understanding of project governance, budgeting, resource planning, and risk management. * Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills. * Ability to deliver projects within defined scope, budget, quality standards, and timelines.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI\-ACP, or equivalent project management certification is an added advantage. * Experience working with enterprise software development projects and distributed teams.
