About the Role:
As our Business Analyst, Operations, you will help bring our store performance data to life, providing the insights and reporting that support better decisions across the business.
- Review key operational and commercial metrics across our national store network to identify trends, patterns and opportunities.
- Prepare clear, in-depth reports that help stakeholders understand performance and make informed decisions.
- Investigate results, highlight areas of opportunity and recommend practical ways to improve store operations.
- Contribute insights that help maximise sales growth, improve gross margin, optimise expenses and reduce clearance.
- Help identify smarter ways of working that reduce costs while maintaining an excellent customer shopping experience.
- Work closely across departments such as Store Operations, Anaconda Stores, Buying, Visual Merchandising, Marketing and more!
- Contribute to projects and initiatives that strengthen operational performance and deliver better outcomes for our stores and customers.
About You:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret information and identify meaningful trends.
- Confidence in preparing reports and communicating findings in a clear, practical way.
- A commercial mindset and an interest in understanding what drives business and store performance.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
You are a team player who has an eye for detail with a creative flair and a ‘do what it takes attitude.
