Job Summary
Andanani Investments is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and possess excellent time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and coordinate construction projects from conception to completion - Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans - Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success - Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timelines are met - Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and adherence to safety regulations - Manage project documentation including contracts, permits, and change orders - Communicate effectively with stakeholders including clients, team members, and senior management - Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field (preferred) with SACPMP registration - Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role - Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods - Proficiency in using project management software and tools - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
