* Überwachen und Instandhalten der technischen Systeme, Gebäudefunktionen und Anlagen * Planen und Beauftragen der Wartungsarbeiten der internen Arbeiten und externen Dienstleister * Regelmäßiges Überwachen und Inspektion der technischen Infrastruktur wie Heizungs\-, Kälte\- und Lüftungsanlagen, elektrische Anlagen, Sanitäranalgen, im Bedarfsfall Einleiten der notwendigen Maßnahmen * Überwachen und Optimieren der Versorgungseffizienz, z.B. Energiesparmaßnahmen * Planen und Koordinieren notwendiger Sicherheitsinspektionen * Überwachen der Leistungserbringung von externen Dienstleistungen, Führung von Aufzeichnungen, Ablage und Datenpflege

* Handwerkliches und betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis * Praktisches Verständnis von Haustechnik, Affinität für IT\-Systeme der Gebäudeleittechnik und sonstiger Gebäudesoftware * Kommunikationstalent, Durchsetzungs\-, Verhandlungs\- und Organisationsstärke, Zuverlässigkeit * Flexibilität in Bezug auf Einsatzzeiten
