We are looking for an experienced **Construction Manager – Civil/MEP** for an **Industrial Greenfield Project** in Chennai.
**Position:** Construction Manager – Civil/MEP **Location:** Chennai, Tamil Nadu **Experience:** 12–15 Years **Project Type:** Industrial Greenfield Project **Qualification:** B.E / B.Tech Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end\-to\-end construction activities for industrial projects from mobilization to completion. * Lead civil and MEP execution activities with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams. * Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders for smooth project delivery. * Monitor project schedule, progress, quality, safety, and cost control. * Review drawings, BOQ, specifications, and construction methodologies. * Ensure timely execution of RCC works, structural works, finishing works, utilities, and MEP coordination. * Manage contractor performance, resource planning, and site operations. * Conduct progress reviews and prepare DPR/WPR/MPR reports. * Ensure compliance with QA/QC and HSE standards. * Support project handover, testing, commissioning, and closure activities.
