Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications \& Skills
* **Interpersonal \& Communication Skills:** Exceptional ability to build rapport, actively listen, and negotiate. * **Problem\-Solving Ability:** A strong aptitude for identifying challenges and providing creative, efficient solutions. * **CRM Proficiency:** Experience using customer relationship management software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions and account performance. * **Education \& Experience:** Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field, along with proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service.
