Key Responsibilities
- Client Retention & Growth: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products.
- Issue Resolution: Act quickly to address client complaints, navigate contract negotiations, and resolve service-related conflicts.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate trusting, long-term partnerships with clients or external stakeholders to maintain a positive brand reputation.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and analyze competitor strategies to proactively adapt client offerings.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure seamless service delivery and meet revenue targets.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to build rapport, actively listen, and negotiate.
- Problem-Solving Ability: A strong aptitude for identifying challenges and providing creative, efficient solutions.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using customer relationship management software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions and account performance.
- Education & Experience: Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field, along with proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service.
