Responsibilities Tentang Role
Antarestar adalah brand outdoor fashion lokal dengan 4 juta+ produk terjual dan Brand of the Year 2025, yang sekarang lagi membangun kanal offline. Kamu akan memegang toko offline Antarestar secara end-to-end, dari memilih lokasi sampai toko profit, lapor langsung ke CCO.
Ekspansi & Pembukaan Toko
- Menganalisis potensi lokasi toko baru (traffic, demografi, kompetitor, biaya sewa)
- Menyusun business case dan perhitungan BEP toko, dari capex awal, opex bulanan, sampai proyeksi payback
- Mengawal proses buka toko: desain dan layout, fit-out, perekrutan tim, sampai grand opening
Operasional & Penjualan Toko
- Bertanggung jawab atas P&L dan target penjualan setiap toko
- Menyusun dan menjalankan strategi untuk menarik traffic ke toko (event, aktivasi komunitas, promo, sinergi dengan online)
- Mengelola visual merchandising: layout produk, display, planogram, dan rotasi koleksi
- Memantau KPI toko: sales, conversion rate, ATV, UPT, sell-through, dan stock aging
People & SOP
- Merekrut, melatih, dan mengevaluasi Store Leader dan SPG/SPB
- Membuat dan menegakkan SOP toko: opening/closing, handling customer, kasir, stock opname, komplain, retur
- Menjalankan coaching rutin supaya service standard konsisten di semua toko
Kontrol & Sistem
- Memastikan seluruh transaksi tercatat rapi di POS dan ERP
- Merancang kontrol anti-fraud dan loss prevention: cash control, stock opname berkala, audit mendadak
- Melakukan quality check produk yang masuk toko dan menindaklanjuti temuan defect
Lainnya
- Business travel rutin untuk visit dan audit toko
- Menyusun laporan performa toko mingguan dan bulanan ke management
Requirements
- Pengalaman 3–5 tahun di retail fashion, minimal 2 tahun sebagai Store Manager, Area Manager, atau posisi setara
- Pernah membuka toko baru dari nol, atau terlibat langsung dalam prosesnya
- Mampu menghitung BEP, P&L, dan payback period toko. Wajib, akan dites saat interview.
- Paham visual merchandising dan prinsip desain toko yang mendorong konversi
- Terbiasa menggunakan sistem POS dan ERP
- Punya pengalaman menyusun SOP dan mengelola tim SPG/SPB
- Paham kontrol fraud dan loss prevention di retail
- Paham kualitas produk fashion: bahan, jahitan, finishing
- Bersedia business travel
- Nilai plus: pengalaman di brand outdoor, sportswear, atau lifestyle; punya network mall/landlord atau distribusi fashion
- Data-driven, ownership tinggi, dan nyaman kerja di environment yang fast-paced
