Are you a passionate leader with a love for health and fitness? Anytime Fitness is seeking a motivated General Manager to inspire our members and elevate our Downtown Saint Paul (Spring St), MN club. This exciting role involves driving financial performance, leading sales initiatives, developing a high-performing team, and creatively expanding our fitness franchise.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership: Achieve membership and personal training sales goals while leading by example and creating a sales-focused club culture.
Team Leadership & Oversight: Recruit, coach, develop, and oversee club staff to ensure exceptional member experiences, accountability, and consistent execution of company standards.
Club Performance: Oversee overall financial performance and creatively drive growth within the fitness franchise.
Personal Training: Deliver engaging and high-quality Small Group Personal Training sessions for individuals of all fitness levels, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment.
Member Engagement: Regularly communicate with members to keep them informed, motivated, and involved in the club community.
Service Excellence: Inspire and guide members while providing programming that helps them achieve their health and fitness goals.
Community Outreach: Organize events and build community relationships to increase brand awareness and generate new memberships.
Facility Standards: Ensure equipment, cleanliness, safety, and overall club presentation consistently meet company standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience with a proven ability to meet or exceed goals
- Leadership or team management experience preferred
- Knowledge of exercise science, strength training principles, and proper movement mechanics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fun, personable team player with a positive attitude
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Ability to safely instruct and motivate clients through Anytime Fitness training techniques
- Career-oriented mindset with a desire to grow professionally
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Work Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (seasonally)
