We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our Liverpool team. You’ll work across reporting, analysis, and data quality, helping teams understand performance and turn data into clear, useful insights.
Your Role
You’ll work with data from different sources, build reports and dashboards, investigate trends, and support teams with accurate analysis. It’s a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems and getting into the detail behind the numbers.
What You’ll Work On
- Analyse business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Use SQL and Excel to extract, clean, and analyse data
- Build and maintain reports and Power BI dashboards
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reporting for different teams
- Check data accuracy and investigate discrepancies
- Combine data from databases, spreadsheets, and other sources
- Translate findings into clear business insights
- Support forecasting, performance tracking, and decision-making
- Improve existing reports and data processes
- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
Skills & Experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good working knowledge of Excel and SQL
- Experience with Power BI or another visualisation tool
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Comfortable working with large or varied datasets
- Good communication skills with technical and non-technical teams
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Python, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric, or Azure experience is a plus
- Previous Data Analyst, MI, BI, or reporting experience is helpful
Working Pattern
Full-time, Monday to Friday. Hybrid or office-based working depending on business requirements.
