What You'll Do
- Design, develop and implement Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
- Develop production tracking and work order management modules
- Build machine integration and factory floor data collection systems
- Develop quality management and production monitoring solutions
- Integrate MES with SAP and automation systems
- Design real-time dashboards, analytics and reporting modules
- Build APIs and middleware for manufacturing system integration
- Develop traceability and genealogy tracking functions
- Improve manufacturing workflow automation and operational efficiency
- Participate in requirement workshops with manufacturing stakeholders
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts and factory operation teams
- Contribute to system architecture and technical solution design

Requirements
Senior MES Developer
- Minimum 5 years software development experience
- At least 3 years experience implementing MES or manufacturing systems
- Strong understanding of production planning, quality control and shop floor operations
- Experience integrating MES with SAP, PLC or automation systems
- Experience in enterprise system architecture and performance optimization
- Able to lead technical discussions with customers
- Able to mentor junior developers
- Strong ownership and leadership mindset
