Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain existing Zoho applications and integrations.

Perform system administration, configuration, and customization across Zoho products.

Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs, system issues, and user-reported problems.

Configure and optimize workflows, automation rules, blueprints, approvals, and business processes within Zoho CRM.

Develop and enhance applications using Zoho Creator.

Support and optimize marketing workflows using Zoho Marketing Automation (ZMA).
-
Configure and leverage Zia Agents to improve operational efficiency and automation.
-
Implement enhancements to the opportunity management process based on existing business requirements and solution designs.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Zoho solutions.
-
Perform testing, deployment, and documentation of system changes.
-
Ensure data integrity, security, and system performance across the Zoho ecosystem.
-
Provide user support, training, and best-practice recommendations.
Required Skills & Experience
-
3+ years of experience working with the Zoho ecosystem.

Strong hands-on experience with:

Zoho CRM (ZCRM)

Zoho Creator

Zoho Marketing Automation (ZMA)

Zia Agents
-
Experience with Zoho workflow automation, Blueprints, Deluge scripting, and custom functions.

Strong understanding of CRM administration, user management, roles, profiles, and permissions.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.

Ability to configure and customize business processes with minimal supervision.
-
Knowledge of API integrations and third-party system connectivity.
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
