**About the Role**
Arihant Global Services India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a result\-driven Performance Analyst to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands\-on experience with paid marketing, and the ability to generate quality leads while maximizing ROI.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms. * Monitor campaign performance and improve CTR. * Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis. * Generate high\-quality leads through performance marketing campaigns. * Create audience targeting, remarketing, and conversion strategies. * Work closely with the content and design teams to develop engaging ad creatives. * Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite. * Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. * Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. * 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing. * Hands\-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads. * Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO basics. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent communication and time management skills.
