About the Role
Arihant Global Services India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a result-driven Performance Analyst to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with paid marketing, and the ability to generate quality leads while maximizing ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve CTR.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Generate high-quality leads through performance marketing campaigns.
- Create audience targeting, remarketing, and conversion strategies.
- Work closely with the content and design teams to develop engaging ad creatives.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO basics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
