A supervisor actively serves as a mentor and develops other through the demonstration of a positive attitude and passion for people development and effectively supervises and trains staff and senior staff positions. A supervisor is involved in developing client relationships and stays current with tax laws and accounting pronouncements that may affect the Firm’s clients. A marketable expertise should be developed at the supervisor level.
