Arrowhead Pools is looking for an elite, highly driven pool sales professional and business-development hunter who wants to play at a much higher level.
We are an established Arizona pool builder — 20+ years in business — with the reputation, licensing, and capabilities to pursue everything from high-end residential pools to major commercial opportunities. We've built a strong brand, a steady flow of inbound residential leads, and the marketing engine behind it — but this role is about going beyond what comes to us.
We don't need an order taker.
We need someone who knows how to hunt, build relationships, open doors, pursue large opportunities, and close high-ticket deals.
The Opportunity
This role has two sides:
1. High-End Residential Pool Sales
Sell premium new-pool projects to homeowners throughout Scottsdale and the greater Phoenix market — backed by an established brand and consistent lead flow.
2. Commercial & Strategic Business Development
Build relationships that can produce multiple projects and significant long-term revenue, including:
- Developers
- General contractors
- Hotel and resort groups
- Property management companies
- Apartment and multifamily developers
- Fitness clubs and gyms
- Architects and designers
- Commercial property owners
- HOA and community developments
- Other high-value referral and strategic partners
We want someone capable of thinking beyond one customer, one pool. The right salesperson will constantly be asking:
Who controls multiple projects? Who can introduce us to the next ten opportunities? Where are the biggest pools, relationships, and contracts in this market?
What's Behind You
You won't be building this alone. You'll have:
- A dedicated project management team capable of handling volume, from single residential builds to multi-unit commercial contracts
- CRM and sales infrastructure already in place
- Established brand recognition and reputation across the Phoenix market
- Active marketing investment generating consistent residential lead flow
- 20+ years of licensing, permitting, and operational experience to back up what you sell
Your job is to hunt, open doors, and close. Ours is to make sure you can deliver once you do.
Who We're Looking For
You are probably already one of the strongest salespeople in your current organization.
You are:
- Highly competitive and internally driven
- A proven closer
- Comfortable selling large-ticket projects
- Relentless with follow-up
- Skilled at developing relationships with high-net-worth and commercial clients
- Confident walking into a room with developers, contractors, executives, and decision-makers
- Willing to prospect instead of waiting for opportunities
- Capable of building your own pipeline
- Organized enough to manage a large book of opportunities
- Motivated by performance and uncapped income
Pool industry sales experience is strongly preferred, and proven high-end pool sales experience will move you to the front of the line.
Experience selling construction, luxury home services, commercial construction, development, or other high-ticket project-based services may also be considered for an exceptional candidate.
Compensation
This is a commission-driven opportunity with significant upside.
A successful salesperson in this role should be capable of earning:
$150,000–$200,000+ annually
A true top producer who develops major commercial relationships and consistently closes large opportunities has the ability to earn:
$300,000–$500,000+
There is no artificial ceiling placed on exceptional performance.
