The Accounts \& Finance Executive is responsible for managing the organization's day\-to\-day accounting and financial operations while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Record and verify financial transactions in accounting systems. * Prepare bank reconciliations and maintain general ledgers. * Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements. * Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing. * Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and financial statements. * Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. * Coordinate payroll processing and support internal and external audits. * Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate financial records. * Support management with financial analysis and reporting for business decisions.
