Junior Investment Analyst – ARZ Construction Ltd
ARZ Construction Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Investment Analyst to support the company’s financial and investment activities within the construction sector.
Key responsibilities:
* Assist in analysing potential construction projects and investment opportunities.
* Prepare financial models, budgets, cash-flow forecasts and project cost analyses.
* Review project costs, expected returns, risks and overall financial viability.
* Conduct market research on construction, property and related investment opportunities.
* Analyse financial statements and project performance data.
* Monitor existing investments and prepare regular performance reports.
* Assist senior management with investment proposals and business planning.
* Maintain accurate financial data, spreadsheets and supporting documentation.
* Liaise with accountants, project managers and other departments to obtain financial information.
* Support management in making informed commercial and investment decisions.
Requirements:
* Degree or relevant qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field.
* Good numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work accurately, meet deadlines and handle confidential financial information.
* An interest in the construction, property and investment sectors.

Pay: £25,420.00-£59,293.00 per year
