AI-Native Full-Stack Engineer

Work Setup: Hybrid Location: Makati City, Philippines

Role Overview

We are looking for AI-native Full-Stack Engineers who can build modern applications, leverage AI-assisted development tools, and turn ideas into working prototypes quickly. The ideal candidates are adaptable engineers with strong software development fundamentals and practical experience integrating AI into applications or engineering workflows.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in full-stack software development using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript/React.
• Practical experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, AI integration, AI agents, or automated workflows.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services; experience with Azure AI Foundry is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Terraform or Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with automated testing and software quality practices.
• Ability to rapidly develop prototypes and turn ideas into functional applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a focus on secure, maintainable, and reliable code.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern full-stack applications.
• Use AI coding assistants and agentic development approaches to accelerate software delivery.
• Build and integrate AI-powered features, services, and automated workflows.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions for new ideas.
• Implement automated tests and follow engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver working solutions efficiently while maintaining code quality and security.
• Work with cloud services and infrastructure tools to support application deployment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure AI Foundry.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents or agentic workflows.
• Experience with Terraform and cloud infrastructure automation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and Agile development.

Pay: Php120,000.00 - Php140,000.00 per month
